“This was recommended by a chef friend of mine. After a few weeks, it is performing as expected. We’ll see how long this pan lasts as three other brands have lasted only six months to one year before the non stick no longer worked.
I do like the more substantial weight.”
“Honestly love these pans. I got the 8" and 11" fry pan and the 12" Chef pan with lid, and threw out all my other pans. They heat up fairly quickly, hold the heat really well, cook evenly, and the non-stick is so far superb! Time will tell as to longevity. I knocked a star off because of the rivets. They collect food behind them and is very difficult to clean it out. If the handles were welded on, or even if the rivets were sealed against the pan better it would be 5 stars all the way.”
