“This pan is mostly great. My only issue is that the handles get hot and are awkward to hold with traditional pot holders. If you have thermal gloves that fit well, those are a better choice. Otherwise, since this pan is heavy, it's best if you can plan on leaving it in place until it cools down. The frypan-style version of this with a long, stay cool handle might be a better choice if you routinely need to shift pans around on your range.”

“We have the whole set. It is so beautiful. My only problem is that the pieces are so heavy that they are difficult to pick up and/or carry. I wish all the pieces had two handles.
