“The shape and size of this pan is perfect for making pancakes: 3 or 4 pancakes fit perfectly on the pan, and the pan heats evenly for pancakes to be perfectly cooked all over.
Although this pan is described as safe for metal utensils, I decided to use a nylon flipper instead of metal. I was surprised that using the nylon flipper to separate two pancakes where the batter had come to close left a scratch on the pan the very first time I used it. I think this is just cosmetic, but a good reminder that these non stick surfaces are not as durable as more classic skillets.”
