“The product, when new, is excellent. However over a period of years there is separation of the nonstick coating. I’ve had a complete set of scan pan cookware for many years. I have sent back at least three pieces due to delamination and breakdown of the nonstick surface. As a whole it is a great product. Time will tell if this pan will hold up. As it is a replacement for my previous one.”
