“I have purchased your pans for years. I thought they were the best non-stick available. I purchased the Professional models as they seemed to have a better non-stick coating than the others. The past 3 or 4 pans I purchased were awful. The coating was completely different than the Professional models I had purchased the past. I either threw them away or gave them away. I doubt what I am telling you is news. You must know that the pans you have shipped the last couple of years are not what you shipped in the past. Unfortunate for you. I was a loyal customer for years. No more.”
