“Terrible customer service and quality. Don't know what material Scanpan uses, but this glass lid's glass part and stainless part are separated. Though Scanpan's website said their product has a lifetime warranty for quality problems, when I asked for the replacement, I was told that the lid is an accessory, and the warranty doesn't apply. The most ridiculous comment she made was that the item has been used, therefore they don't refund though I only had this for two weeks. So do you dare to buy their product? Do you trust their warranty policy? Is the lid of a pot an accessory? Can you cook properly with a pot without a lid?”
