“I have had the Classic version of this pan for 15+ years and love it. The nonstick ability is decent - it is very good initially, and decreases a bit over time. But even after many years it is decent. I got the PRO IQ version because it is induction cooktop compatible - works great on induction.
I even did a lifetime replacement on my Classic many years ago - Scanpan had me send it in without any guarantee of replacement, but a few weeks later I got a shiny new one. When I lost the original lid during a move, Scanpan sent me a replacement for free.”
