“I have owned Scanpan frying pans for many many years, and they're awesome. I finally decided to ditch my stainless steel saucepan and upgrade to Scanpan for that as well, and this pan does not disappoint. These pans last and last and last, and if you ever think it's not performing quite as well, you can clean them with barkeepers friend and they're like new again. Truly impressive. But what impressed me the most about this purchase is that my pan sadly arrived damaged - I reached out to customer service and they had a new pan on its way to me the very same day! And they were very kind and super responsive throughout the whole process. This is a company that stands by their warranty, and after already being a huge fan of their products in general, knowing that they have great customer service makes me a thousand percent confident in buying anything from them.
