“Followed directions for proper cooking procedures and my food was slightly sticking. I paid a lot of money for what was supposed to be cookware that would last nearly a lifetime. I am glad they were not made in china. I believe my money was not well spent. The extra pan I bought is about worthless. When you try to turn items in the pan the food goes over the sides due to the large radius instead of being perpendicular to the cooking surface.”
