“SCANPAN products are incredible, but their customer service is horrific. I ordered a pan, they sent the wrong one, and then refused to send me the pan I ordered unless I shipped back via FedEx the pan they mistakenly sent (and had a strict time limit for me to get this all done for them, in essence for me to fix their mistake). They wanted me to terminate my holiday to get to a FedEx office to sent them back their pan before they would honor the order I had made and paid for. They customer service is so terrible, I can not recommend their products, even though I think their products are terrific.”
