“This item is a Sold Secure gold standard lock; and has to be used in order to satisfy my cycle insurance companies Ts&Cs. The main shackle is long enough to pass through the cycle wheel, is sturdy enough, whilst the cable is long enough to loop round a lamppost etc; and the whole item is not too heavy. The bracket that attaches to the cycle to hold the lock is well made, whilst the cable 1.2m long can be wrapped around the saddle, or on my cycle; I use Velcro straps to strap the cable to the cycles frame, keeping it out of the way. The price of the lock varies, and is cheaper, and less bulky than some bronze or silver sold secure locks. Satisfied customer”
