“Very pleased with this. Been promising myself an Ortlieb pannier for ages and a new bike was a good excuse to order one. Went for the Back-roller Urban as I only wanted a single pannier and I like the exterior, textured material. Usual Ortlieb quality, great design, very nicely finished and simple to use. The tool-free adjustment makes it very quick and easy to trial and work out the best way to fit it to/position securely and as rattle-free as possible on your rack. I was concerned that the roll closure system would unravel when carrying a heavy/loaded pannier on my shoulder with the shoulder strap but so long as you tighten the middle/top strap over the roll closure it all stays in place. The zipped pocket and a larger slip pocket on the inside are useful for wallets, phone etc. I also like the minimal cardboard packaging this product is supplied in. Very good value for money as far as I'm concerned.”
