“Lovely piece of furniture but arrived with some rivets/screws missing on the sides (which leaves a rough/catchy surface) and one of the metal side panels was buckled. Scoutabaout said they had contacted the supplier to send us replacement rivets/screws on 6 December 2021. We've not recived these (as of 27 Janaury 2022) and I've asked Scoutabout to chase it up repeatedly but had no response. The furniture is still unfinished and there's not much we can do to fix it.”
