“After delivery and we got to have a proper look at everything we couldn't open the sliding cupboard fully because the drawers didn't sit flush. We initially thought just one drawer needed sanding down so my partner set about it with some sandpaper. All drawers (top and bottom) and the side panels where the drawers sit needed sanding and we had to hire a sander. it still took hours of gradual. careful sanding to get it just right so we could close the drawers. Scoutabout gave us £30 compensation for this issue (and the issue we also had with our table) but, considering how long it took us to fix and the other issues we've had with the furniture it was nowhere near enough.”
