“Great piece of furniture but didn't sit flush on delivery so had to bolster with cardboard and reported this to Scoutaout at the time. Realised a couple of weeks later it wasn't sitting right because a nail had been driven through one of the load-bearing feet and it was now split. A big chunk of wood has fallen off the foot, which causes greater concern as to whether the dresser is stable. Reported to Scoutabout on 21 December 2021 (and called and emailed twice more since). No acknowledgement of the problem let alone an apology or resolution as of 27 January 2022. This wasn't the only issue we had with furniture in this delivery. All three Hoxton pieces ordered needed maintenance at our end to make them usable - not what you expect when buying new "quality" furniture!”
