“Awful! I’m all for quality food but this is the worst of all great pet food brands. Smelt rancid and stank the room out. 3 cats all uninterested. The one who finally tried it vomitted straight away. Nasty quality. Customer service were no help at all and saw my request for a solution as “feedback” to avoid dealing with it. Don’t trust this brand!”
“We're trying to get our cat to lose weight (vet's orders) and, happily, he doesn't seem to want to scarf down this food like a kid in a sweet shop in the same way that he does other brands - we looked at the nutritional content and it does seem to be significantly higher than the one we were feeding him before. He also seems more energetic than he's been in a while - not much else has changed, so I can only really credit the change in feed to this. Thank you so much!”
