“My dogs have always been quite fussy with food, but this product seems to suit them well. They eat it straight away and it's good to know it has good ingredients that are healthy for them.”
“Sadly this food has made my dog incredibly ill, we took a break and tried to introduce it again and again resulted in illness. When reaching out I've been met with lack of empathy and very poor customer service. Due to to slowly introducing the food and trying a different box (as recommended) I am beyond the return policy and left with boxes of wasted product.
Never had such bad customer service as the emails we've shared.”
