“Dear Molly & Harriet, I was very happy with the packaging and the fabric, But there is an issue with the pillow covers, the flap inside that supposed to hold the pillow in place in the cover is too short and the pillows are constantly coming out of the cover, I ordered a duvet cover and 3 pillow covers and im using it in different type of pillows, and the same happens with all the pillows. My Flatmate ordered from you before and he had the same Issue and mentioned but I decided to order the pillow covers anyway. Now I need to buy pillow covers from a different provider. Im very dissatisfied with this considering the price of your product. The ones I ordered are also listed as “Black” but in reality they are dark grey, I like the fabric but it is misleading. I thought taking the pillow cover to someone with a sewing machine to fix them for me. I really was expecting a top quality product when I ordered from you. Not very happy with this.”

We have changed increased the size of the envelope closing on our pillowcases, these are coming through from production, so we are getting there slowly but surely. i will be in touch with you later today to see if we can get this sorted for you. “I was a little concerned that linen as a material was going to be slightly rough- but I was very much wrong! The material is so soft and comfortable and I couldn't reccommend it to anybody more. Thank you so much! :)”
