“I’m disappointed with this bed linen. I was impressed by the claim that they look good whether you iron them or not. Since I wanted them for a weekend break city flat where I certainly don't want to be ironing, I thought it was for me. I was Initially pleased with the feel of the cotton, and as a result, I rashly bought more pillow cases, the duvet cover and the fitted sheet. Now they've all been washed, I'm not impressed at all. They aren't as soft, and what is more, I've tried washing smaller amounts, a slower spin, line drying, tumble drying, but however I wash and dry them, they are a crumpled mess. I wish I'd tried washing the pillow case first, then I'd have bought linen instead. Can you help me with this at all please? I've spent a lot of money, only to feel as if I've wasted it.”
