“Great quality pillowcases that ook as beautiful as they did online! Item was out of stock originally, so I used the online chat facility to ask when they were due back in. I was given an estimated timescale and was promised a notification email, so I didn’t need to keep checking for myself. Once back in stock my order was delivered within the 1hr time slot I was given, just as promised. Excellent products and excellent service!!”
