“Too coarse. Have washed four times now, and have used fabric softener, but it does not get any softer, as claimed on your website. I would have sent back, but as I washed them to see if softened, I obviously couldn't. Cannot use them as too rough on my face, so have just put away as spares. Maybe other people might find them acceptable.”
