We've created something a little different with our super striped towels. We've woven a towel that is super absorbent, fast drying and looks great, whilst being small enough that you can save washing energy and save space. These lightweight towels are ideal for busy households, where towels are in a never-ending damp state. They're just the right size for popping in your bag and going for a swim, heading to beach and are just the thing if you're living in a small space (lighter towels means more fit in your linen cupboard, hurrah!).
Our lightweight towels are woven with a super soft cotton stripe on one side, and for the side that does the drying, a soft 100% cotton 360gsm terry towelling. Dyed just for us in Portugal, each towel has a simple white tassel fringe on each end.
Did you know that washing your towels and clothing every other day equates to 440kg of CO2e per year. This is the same as a return flight from London to Glasgow, with a taxi ride each end. Choosing a lightweight towel will help improve your machine efficiency, reduce drying time and reduce your carbon footprint. Lovely.
