This lovely linen-look valance is made from a unique blend of cotton and linen yarns, giving it a fabulous weight and drape that will hang perfectly over your bed. With smart pleats in each corner and one pleat on each side, it's the perfect way to smarten up your divan base.
All our valances have a 41cm drop from the base to the floor with an unseen white 100% cotton top and are available in five standard UK sizes, single, double, king, super king and emperor.

“I chose 'Secret Linen' because their valences were taller than the ones in the department store where I would normally buy my bedlinen. This one comes about 0.5 cm shy of the floor. The linen is of good quality and much smarter than a cotton version. Quiet and understated but very smart, it makes a beautiful foil for the brightly coloured Uzbek susani that I have as a bed coverlet. Love it.”

“This valance looks very nice. Not fantastic but nice. The fabric is a good weight but does not look very linen like. A teeny bit disappointed for the price. Delivery, packaging etc very good.”

Hi there. Oh no, we don't like disapointment. The valance is made with 50% Linen, and 50% cotton so it will never feel like a 100% Linen item in terms of the handle and drape. “The product itself is lovely - fabulous quality and fits well. However, the online description says it has box pleat corners, but not that there are box pleats along the length and width so was surprised to find my 'bonus' pleats! Although very smart, personal preference would have been without them.”
