“Paying extra for weekend delivery, supposed to be delivered for Mother's day, had a back and forth with customer service, couldn't find the location of the driver, kept saying the same thing it was out for delivery, since the am, I am very patient and emphatic but for almost $170 I didn't expect it to be this difficult of a process, never again, and the worst was it came Tuesday, after Sunday & Monday back and forth, and FedEx delivered it in a cardboard box”
