“well update it's week 1 of flower in a 5 gallon using cmh lighting and this plant is super stinky the most stinky in my area at only week 1! tons of branching i did multiple topping and it ket the plant a lot shorter doing that and scrogged now,tight node space , if you get the same phenome i got with this company it would be wise to get a carbon filter set up on your fan because these have a potent strong smell which surprises me the other 3 strains i got going are all 3 supposed to be super potent but the wedding cake is the most potent smell,then agian its only week 1 of flower and some strains dont bring on the stink until the last 3-4 weeks of flower, supoer happy i got this one i wish i would of took clones”

“I've stick with Barney for almost every grow I've had under my belt since I started years ago. This plant was extremely extremely leafy. I mean like I almost didn't wanna even harvest it lol...grow wise it's not picky at all and you'll def pull some deep purples off the flowers. I grew mine per usual in a 3 gal coco run under the ES180 v2 and yeah the colors were phenomenal but that's all I really have for her. The high is pretty indica dominant. I think its CBD content is wayy higher than you think cuz this just makes me super lazy and I harvest with about 10% amber. I dont wanna bash Barneys cuz I trust them more than many breeders but theres nothing exceptional about this strain. At first it smelled a bit like cake batter but after curing I have way more earthy fuel tones in my crop. Won't ever buy this one again. Not even sure I'd pop some gifted seeds since this isn't my cup of weed. If you're a sativa lover or a hybrid lover this strain is likely not for you. I'd give this to someone eho.maybe has trouble with anxiety or sleeping PTSD maybe but that's it. Your call I'm just out here telling my truth.”
“Bought one seed because I was on the fence about it. Super easy to grow. I actually ran this girl in a 3 gal with soil and DTE veg and rose n flower mix alone. The pictures are pretty accurate as you get a super colorful plant. Buds are sensing up nicely. Yield however is looking low and shes super freaking leafy. I am not looking forward to trimming this. With being such a loyal grower to Barney Farms I highly recommend looking at getting Peyote Critical Strawberry Lemonade Laughing buddha or something else. The peyote is the most fire bud I've grown to date (though seedsman Peyote WIFI is looking bananas in week 7 rn...shew). But yeah I wouldn't recommend buying this regardless of the smoke quality.”
“Not entirely sure what happened but I suspect it was my jacked up PH was the culprit. A faulty pen had me 1.2 points higher on my readings and the WC both stressed so much, rightfully so. Having said that my Amnesia and Gelato Cookies powered through the jacked up PH waterings like champs. I'm pretty disappointed as they were really hauling ass, looking beautiful... FYI this is an indoor grow. So, they've been relegated to the backyard to run the remainder of their flowering cycle. Thankfully the seasonal timing is perfect so the loss will be minimal. Still, this was kind of a let down to see the Barneys Farms Wedding Cake seeds failing to hang in there while the others stayed the female course. This experience aside I am a fan of Barneys Farms and will order seed from them again. Giving 3 stars because I am at fault, yet I think in 2020 strains like Wedding Cake should be more than stable enough to handle bumps in the road like this one.”
