I received these seeds as a freebie from SM a few years ago. Last year I planted them in my outside grow cage. Very simple process of just digging a two foot or so deep hole about the same in diameter and filling it with Happy Frog soil and mixing in some of the native soil so they get a good start. I grew the seedling inside until they were about a foot tall and put them in the ground like the second or third week of July so they only vegged for a few weeks which I prefer so they do not get too big. The plants stayed reasonably short and squat. I did nothing else outside of trimming some of the lower branches and an occasional watering with regular tap water. No supplements at all. I did spray them once or twice with an organic fungicide since it tends to get pretty humid. The flowering cycle is very short so I never had to worry about frost which starts to be an issue the first few weeks of October. They were ready to harvest about the third week of September. The results were nothing short of amazing. Nothing but tight super dense buds from top to bottom. Very easy to harvest. And the smoke is absolutely fantastic. It rivals and even exceeds some of the stuff I grow indoor hydroponically. I did the exact same thing this year and got the same results so it was not a fluke. These seeds are perfect for the short growing season in Michigan and I suspect other states with a similar climate. These will be my go to seed for outdoors. I have had similar results with some other Kush strains, but the Critical Kush exceeded all my expectations. If you live in Michigan....get these seeds.
