“This is the second batch of Blue Dream I've had from Humboldt, the first batch consisting of two very stretchy mutants with very wispy foxtails that never finished after 11 weeks and an indica pheno that finished in 7 weeks, all very low yields. The second batch, although germinating much more quickly and seeming more vigorous, consisted of two tall sativa phenos that haven't finished after 10 weeks, buds quite large, very airy and not dense. There was also the 7 week indica pheno again, which does smell lovely, but yields were truly pathetic, and another mutant pheno I haven't seen before, basically twigs with a few tiny buds and smelling completely unlike the other phenos. I really love the flavour and effects of this strain and was hoping to find a good pheno to keep, but I've wasted too much time and money, so won't be buying this Humboldt one again. I know I'm not the only person having these issues with Humboldt BD. Never have these issues with other breeders I've tried. I hope they manage improve their genetics someday.”
