“I purchased 40 (4 packs of 10) of these seeds because I wanted a uniform outdoor crop. Only 15 of the 40 germinated. Of the 15, 9 were deformed or didn't grow beyond a sprout. I paid $300 for 6 plants with this order. That's $50/good seed, and I don't see any way of getting a refund on this site once you open the packages. I ignored the other reviews stating similar complaints, because I figured the seller (PHEONIX SEEDS) would have straightened this issue out. But....... nope. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!”
