“By no means am I a pro grower, but it's not my first grow. I grew some of this with another auto plant. The other auto had the same light and nutes and it did great. The pink kush however wasn't so great. It started off awesome! Had very dark buds right away even most of the smaller fan leaves were dark. It looked awesome, I was excited for it... weeks later the other auto was nice and dense and ready to go. The pink kush was suppose to be done faster than the other one but it definitely wasn't. Buds weren't dense at all. So I let it go for a bit
longer hoping the buds would fill in. 3 months after germination the buds still weren't dense but the trichomes were around 75% amber so I cut it. Now I'm here trimming it and finding its hardly worth trimming. There were lots of buds however none of them have density. They're just light and flaky. My biggest bud is likely .2 grams at best..
so fair warning. It looks pretty, but it doesn't seem to have much yield. Maybe I was just unlucky. Take that as you will.”
“I grew this strain for a friend with Parkinson's. I figured CBD weed might help.
The plants were very small and slow growing. They favored much less light than typical strains. My feelings are the plant would grow well next to a sunny window. My Mars Sp3000 were too much light directly under the fixtures.
The plant is beautiful and would make a nice ornamental house plant. The aroma is of raspberry instead of turpine skunk.
I wasted a 5 gallon pot on these plants. In reality it would have been fine in a one gallon pot. The main root was only about 3 inches.
I ended up cutting it down because I needed the space, not because it reached the end of its life cycle.
The friend I grew it for never smoked it. He decided he wasn't interested in smoking something that didn't have psychoactive properties. Face palm. I'd asked him while picking out seeds what he wanted.
I tried it. It's a very smooth, sweet, pleasant smoke but it doesn't get you high.
I think this plant would make an excellent bonsai ornamental house plant. I'd be growing it like that except for the number of plants maximum in my state. I'm not willing to give up a productive plant in the grow room for something decorative.”
