“This was a freebee from the 420 sale. (Thanks, Seedsman!) Planted in fabric pots in June, I was testing this strain with nutrient fortified soil. (Like MiracleGro, but not) Topped once. In August, it was 3 ft tall and started budding like crazy when Hurricane Dorian struck. In a green house with two others, it got cooked when the clouds cleared and was nearly 100 out. I watered the girls and clipped back the dead; it left a pitiful 3-4 tops. I left them outside, did not give this plant nutrients nor pay much attention at all; I'd accepted her Hurricane Dorian death. The other two, a Jack Herer and an auto flower perished. When I actually bothered, it's top buds survived and was ready to harvest! It yielded enough to test it out (11g), but lacked the THC content. It's smooth, and a first for me, it tasted amazing, almost creamy. Even with this disaster, it lifts the mood, takes the tension out of my neck. I'd love to feel the full force of it, so I'll grow this again, indoors with more control. My grower thoughts: Strong stems, bounces back quickly from topping. LST would work well. Buds early. A beast of a plant and tasty, smooth high.”

“10/2 Just wrapped up an outdoor grow of a single Bruce that was germinated on 4/20. Dry weight of trimmed bud came in over 1kg. Bruce was absolutely covered in buds. Every bit of branch/stem was covered in bud and the giant colas at the top where amazing. This plant took everything mother nature could throw at it. We had a horribly wet and stormy spring and summer then 5 weeks without a drop of rain, but humidity in the 75-80% range and daily high temps over 90. Bruce was so dense that I was concerned about mold, but there wasn't a bit. I did have several dead buds where insects had chewed thru the stem enough to eventually off a thumb sized bud cluster. The largest cola came in at 96g wet trimmed weight and was 24g at dry at 56% humidity. Bruce was way sticky. It's curing now, but I plan to enjoy some hash and plenty to smoke and share.”
