“Buyer beware: 6 weeks after original order didn’t arrive I was told since it was my first order they would resend it even though I didn’t buy the delivery insurance, so 2nd time around it was sent through a different state (I suspect this is the route if you buy delivery insurance) and arrived in about a month and half of the order was the wrong strain and autos instead of photos. When I brought this up to support they wanted to see a picture of what I received after sending me through the support carousel for several weeks, claiming volume was preventing them from responding in a timely fashion, which wasn’t possible at that point, what I did receive was already being cultivated. In my opinion it’s bad business to offer a delivery insurance add in as the only way to actually get an order to it’s destination. If this company was transparent about this I would have purchased it, got what I ordered and not had to spend 3 months dealing with all of this to be unhappy. Zero stars and shame on you seedsman”
