“Just beware, this strain (at least my pheno) was a powdery mildew magnet. I grow indoors in hydro and literally other plants next to it were fine but this plant was a daily fight. Every known powdery mildew treatment was used with littke to no help. I finally was able to cut the plant with some buds that weren’t infected but yield (needless) to say was weak. Just to be safe I did a final wash of all buds in a hydrogen peroxide bath, etc. Yes, I always use silica in my feed buckets. Final product is nice but in all my years I’ve never had such a struggle with mildew like this. Good Luck”
“This strain packs a punch, I have found the mental effects to be different from other sativas ive smoked but still very pushing like progressive rock or lsd and it makes me more prone to anxiety than other strains but it has been controllable. Very easy grow, huge yeild for low effort and knowledge applied”
“Benefits:
I have been growing for many years now, trying to find THE strain that fits ALL of my needs, body chemistry, etc. A few years ago I discovered that my body responds best to strains that have a mixture of CBD & THC. But, as I've learned over the years, simply having both isn't enough. There are so many contributing factors that go into making good flower. After smoking A LOT of other strains, some from dispensaries and many more that I grew myself, all with results that were less-than... I decided to give Seedsman's Cream & Cheese CBD a try in my garden.
I am SO glad I did too! The terpene profile, the "just right balance" of CBD and THC, and the rest of the cannabinoid profile all coalesce into a truly exceptional strain. For MY body, this strain has the power to: ease the continuous pain I suffer because of many annular tears in my spine caused by a horrific automobile accident, bring joy to my heart and soul as I deal with severe PTSD caused by years of trauma, and significantly reducing inflammation throughout my body, all withOUT wiping me out like other strains that are mainly focused on just how high you can get on THC alone. And the best part is: after an evening of toking, I wake up the next morning so refreshed and renewed, allowing me to get my chores and other things done early in the day while I'm still sober. This lingering effect in the morning is pleasant yet subtle, certainly sober, that allows me to drive and meet other obligations. Out of the dozens and dozens that I have tried, NO other strain has been able to do this for me!!!
The Grow:
Because of many factors, I strictly grow outdoors in my backyard (legally). I grow strictly organic, no chem fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, etc. So, a strong and resilient plant that comes from superior genetics is key for my garden. Last year I was planning to grow a mono corp of 6 Gorilla Glue girls. 2 of the seedlings looked puny and runted, so I tossed them out and sprouted 2 other seeds. One of them was this "Cream & Cheese CBD" that I bought from U guys. Long story short... the other plants were plagued with a serious soil fungus that eventually killed them, this same fungus actually went AROUND the Cream & Cheese CBD plant that was in the same bed with the others. I have never had a fungus like this in my garden before, so I was caught flat-footed and took too long to react to the crisis in my garden. But this strain simply laughed at it and thrived.
She grew to be 8' 2" tall with 812 grams of some very sticky, gooey buds. Moderately easy to grow, with large fan leaves and a wide tree of a plant. As she passed 5', she proved to be a moderately heavy feeder to get to be over 8' tall. She was so large that, when it came time to harvest, I had to take her down by branches instead of the whole plant, through the door of my house, to be trimmed and hung to dry, before curing.
The only downside that I experienced is that this strain isn't suited very well to the 110º+ summer heat that we can get here in SoCal. But... adding silica to each watering did the trick and she thrived all summer long.
Needless to say, I am VERY happy with this strain and will continue to grow more of her sisters from now on, along with some others. :-)”
