“I have been trying to sprout my seed for over a week already and nothing is happening. I have to say I was really surprised that you sent exactly one seed running the risk that the seed may not work. I'm not too comfortable right now with the process of sprouting my seed because it's not working and I paid almost $20 for one seed. I have found it impossible to get a hold of anybody there so there has been no support. If you guys care to respond to my rating, please do. I would love to hear from you guys and to know that you do care about your customers.
