“I had poor germination rates using the traditional wet papertowel method. Only 2-out of-10 grew tap roots and successfully germinated, when typically I get somewhere between to 7-out of-10 to 9-out of-10 with beans from other strains using the wet paper towel.
though I must say: of the two Auto Lemons that did successfully germinate, they are currently thriving. both are a little over 2' feet height, they are very stealthy, squat ladies with a beautiful citrus aroma. Perhaps in the future I'll these again perhaps germing some in rapid rooter plugs and others with seed scarification prior to the wet papertowel.
I recommend trying 'seed scarification' techniques prior to germinating or use an advanced tissue culture kit for germinating rare seeds like the 'Super Seed Soak germination Kit' from Manna Nutrients if you get these.”
