What a pretty and bountiful, well-balanced plant my Pinie-bird was - without Any training! It was such a pleasure growing her that it was bitter/sweet calling the day of final harvest, and I actually miss her still. :) I gave her an organic grow with Fox Farms products and lots of blended banana peels, egg shells, and coffee grounds. She emerged on the 3rd day, along with her companion, Critical Jack, and forged straight ahead. She looked like a bird flying as a tiny sprout, so I named her Pinie-bird. She topped off at 37-inches tall with the top foot composed of two spirals - chock-full of white tassels and eventually, sparkly tricomes. She had so many white hairs that she looked furry! :) A few interesting observations, 1) She had very few sugar leaves. 2) It took a total of 14 weeks + 2 days (from sprout) to get her to final harvest. I wish I could post pics of her, she was so beautiful! 3) During the cure process, the scent of her buds has been through a rainbow of scents - all bright and tropical, but some days when the moisture was up there was more of a mid-toned, mellow - almost amber kind of scent. My only wish is that I had the skills to pull the most from her potential yield, and I think I may have had some of the LED lights too close and burned off some of her potency (which is still good)... I wound up with a bit more than 2 oz. - dry from Pinie-bird. ...This was my 2nd conscientious grow, and my 1st professional feminized seed strain (along with Critical 'Dancin' Jack") - so I guess that's not so bad... Well, 2 more Pinie seeds to go... wish me good luck! I highly recommend this strain for beginners as well as experienced growers. Pinie was a robust, easy grow, and her Sativa genes surely shine through with the smoking experience. Non-drowsy but mellow. , and she tastes wonderful! Thank you Seedsman for making this Awesome experience possible!

Love this strain. It took a little longer than described, but results were amazing. Filled my greenhouse with luscious pineapple fragrance even before it ripened. Great THC results, ordering more this year.

My Barney's Farm Pineapple Express was a major success. 2 plants with a finish harvest weight of just under 1 3/4 pounds under a 1000w hps. I almost pulled all my hair out waiting for the perfect cure but I'm glad I waited. Oh what a taste! So sweet, so pungent it blows me away. I just want to taste it all day. Definitely recomend this strain.

I bought one seed, germinated it in a paper towel soaked in non phed Poland spring water, and put it in a closed Tupperware and put it in a dark cool place. Immediately popped in 36 hours vigorously. Planted in fox farm, used cfls, I do have a hid tent but didn't put her in it. Maxi grow for veg, maxi bloom for flower and obviously cal mag. I also have some of my own secret remedies but can't share. And she's beautiful ! It's day 56 and she's gonna be ready either tomorrow or the next day. 2 foot tall but only because I lst her , and no topping. No need to top on autos . She's covered in trichomes. My picture/plant is honestly dramaticly way better then the picture they are representing . I got it tested and hit 22 % thc. I will be keeping these genetics. Good job barneys.

I'm a newbie to growing my own but this one was my best to date, I planted 3, two in soil and one in dwc, the two in soil were average but the dwc one grew into a fuckin tree, haven't harvested all of it yet but the bit I did is a lovely smoke, not all that strong but definitely worth a go, just go easy on the nutes in soil, quarter strength is lots the dwc took loads of nutes not showing any burn
