3.6 Rating 115 Reviews
Great smell and taste. Nice chunky nuggets spaced a little for a really easy trim when harvested. Yielded about an ounce. Thought i had a regular feminized seed, turned to be an auto?

Alright, guys and gals. It's time for the very first Dabadude review! Equipment: 4x4 Tent, Spider Farmer Sf-4000, 6" Carbon filter & exhaust fan/ducting, 365 Co2 bag, Humidifier, 3 clip-on fans, Sunblaster seedling dome. Acurite RH Meter, Apera PH/PPM(EC) Meter. Grow Media: General Hydroponics CocoTek brick, Huge bag of Mother Earth Perlite(Amazon) Nutrients: General Hydroponics Flora Trio, Cal-Mag, Recharge, Great White Micorhorrizae, Epsom Salt, CloneX Nutrient & Seedling Solution. **REVIEW** Alright everyone, first off with this plant in general before I even begin. There is speculation about this particular seed genetic from this site. What I mean by that is, many reviews that I have come across have stated that their photoperiod seeds have actually been auto flower seeds. This is in fact what happened in my case; I bought just a sample seed (Blueberry Cheese/Photo/Barney's Farm) and at the start of week 7 of veg she started flowering while on a 20 on/ 4 hours off light cycle. So please put at least a little more consideration into this strain before you buy! -Starting with the seed, she bloomed easily under the Sunblaster propagation dome and root cubes. If you are using one of these for the first time, make sure you use a bread tie or some sort of support after around week 2 under the dome as she will become stretchy and will want to start falling over. Next Fact! DON'T WATER AS MUCH AS YOU THINK YOU SHOULD!!!!! (Ask me how I know... -_-) This genetic doesn't take very much water at all in the beginning. Let the little one stay on the dry side and she should flourish. CloneX has an easy 1-part solution that lasts the entire first month of the seedling stage. No mixing for the first month needed if you go this route. I rotated every watering between CloneX and the Great White. (CloneX solution one day, Great White the next time, back and forth, etc...) -Veg Stage: This plant was VERY EASY to maintain all the way throughout its veg cycle, it grows with nice long stems that branch well, gets thick on most branching, and puts on some solid knuckles! Because it stretches so nicely there was hardly any need to defoliate! A little tucking of the leaves and the plant responds very well. My only issue with my plant was like I stated in the beginning, my seed turned out to be an auto-flower when I bought a photoperiod seed... Most of you already know where I'm going with this. Not only did I top once, I topped twice... That was a bitter-sweet learning experience, but I will throw in my thoughts on this at the end. During the entire Veg and Flower cycle, I ran H3AD's Formula. It's just a simple formula for the General Hydroponics Flora Series. I use 3ml of Cal-mag, 6ml of Micro, 9ml of Bloom, and a 1/4 teaspoon of Epsom salt. (All the 20+ strains that I have run have used this formula with a great degree of success! This is for the newbies who are still struggling with what mixture to run.) -Flower Stage: Honestly peeps, not much to really say here! If you make it to flower you practically made it to the autopilot stage!! When this plant goes into flower, AS SOON as it starts flowering YOU WILL SMELL HER!!!! Make sure you have your ventilation system set up because if not, after week one to two, it will reek up a room!, after week 3 and up, she will stink out half the house!! NOTE, this is only one plant, if you are trying to grow a sea of green I can only imagine how dense the smell would be! She has a very dank skunky smell that only intensifies as time goes on. On the other hand on closer inspection of the plant itself, if you get down and smell the stems for the main branches, this strain smells exactly like White grape blunt wraps straight from a fresh wrap!! Nothing but goodness!!! Next up, don't be misled by the branches turning a deep purple, most of the stems when the plant is putting on buds turn almost completely purple due to genetics. Don't stress thinking you are doing anything wrong when it's most likely the genetics just doing its thing. If you notice dark green curling of the sugar leaves in the middle of Flower(around week 6 to 7), cut out the Cal-mag and it should fix the issue. Last but not least, DO NOT LISTEN TO FLOWERING TIME LISTED UNDER THE DESCRIPTION!!! Even though my plant turned out to be an Auto, it still took 10-11 weeks in flower (74 days for me) to completely bloom until the trichomes were all mainly cloudy. This is with a ten-day to two-week flush included. -Final Review and Results: Even though the seed didn't turn out what I wanted it to be, it was still a great plant to grow! Although the "experts" say not to top an Auto-flower, I came out with 4 to 6 absolute monsters of colas and more golf ball-sized nugs than what I could have asked for despite the metaphorical lemons I was given. Despite my few mistakes, this strain was a hardy, easy plant to grow with very few issues involving deficiencies or toxicities. Didn't have any issues where the plant drawing in mold and moisture (even with a lack of fans in the beginning) and being indoors, the only insects I ironically had were ladybugs. (Good for cannabis as they are carnivorous and eat other bugs) The nugs after harvest turned out to be super, super sticky with trichomes, and 80% of the buds had a really dark purple tone to them. The bud is good enough to smoke after the first week into the cure. I know most people usually like to wait a month before they start smoking but with this strain, naaaah!; After 7 days it is dry enough to get a great smoke out of it!! The best cannabis is usually cured for between 4 to 6 months(if not longer) so after only a week for this to hit like a Mac truck, I think this Blueberry Cheese strain is a winner! The first smoke was after a 7-day cure and let me tell you, NOTHING BUT SOUR DIESEL MIXED WITH FRUIT, FOLLOWED BY AN AFTERTASTE OF CHEEEEEESE! ;) The details in the description say this strain is mostly Indica, It might be just me but this strain has a lot more of a Sativa high than the info lets on. The high makes you want to get up and move and will hit you hard at first then creep up on you even further as time goes on, a great daytime weed!! As I am writing this review, I am one month into the cure. The smell hits as soon as you open the jar, and it punches you in the face when you grind some up!! I'd say I'd buy this seed again but luckily for me, out of all of my trimming, I only found a single seed! But one seed is what I started with!, So it pretty much just paid for itself! This one plant produced 5.7 ounces of bud(not bad in my opinion for a topped auto-flower...) and about another 2 ounces of trim and tiny buds that I didn't feel like messing with! Overall I am pleasantly surprised with the results of this strain, the weight turned out pretty good and the taste is to die for!! Not to mention, it gets you high as fuuuuu~ ;) OUT OF A SCORE OF 10 STONER POTATOES, I GIVE THIS STRAIN A SOLID 8.5! (If you enjoyed this super long a** review, I'm starting a youtube review channel for all the strains I grow. The review channel will also be a growlapse channel that does weekly to biweekly updates of most seeds bought by seedsman, ILGM, Canuks, and so on.)
