“crap customer service using covid19 as an excuse for hugely delayed orders and not being honest about it, i got a tracking order number but it took seedsman almost 2 weeks to actually give my order to the post office, when i asked about this the customer service tried taking the piss by saying it was the post office to blame, when infact they had not given my order to the post office on time, if they has been honest in the first place about fucking up my order i would not have been so pissed off with them ...... stop taking the piss seedsman and tell your customer service to be honest”
