“Overall not a good experience. I expedited my order to get the badge in time for travel. However I was originally sent a badge with a different dog's face on it! I then asked for a correct one to be sent to me and it took days before it arrived. Missing my travel date. Was never refunded or credited anything, i followed up with customer service and was not helped. Will not recommend to others.”
“Everything was fast and as promised. Only one small quibble -- whoever made the badge resized the photo I sent to fit their template and it stretched the proportions of the image. I could have sent a photo that was exactly right if the info had been provided. It changes the appearance of the dog and I would prefer to have a more accurate image.”
