“I am giving 2 stars simply because the first part of my order (digital ESA identification cards) were delivered within hours of the initial order. Thanks for that. Problem: the second part of my order was “forgotton” or “over looked” for nearly three weeks. When I finally called them about the missing item, I was given a lack luster apology, no explanation and a promise of additional compensation when my order was delivered. Okay, I could live with that. What did this extra compensation turn out to be? Nothing. So after a three week delay, I finally get my order with NO compensation explanation or otherwise for the company’s mistake. Seriously, I’m a fairly easy customer. One need only communicate with me if there are issues with my order. In this case, no such doing. Why communication and professionalism is such a difficult concept for so many companies is beyond my understanding. Regardless, the handling of my order was woefully inadequate. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. I’m disappointed, at best.”
