“I've ordered several ID's through ID Express. Each time the instructions were not clear in how I would get the information in. This last experience I didn't receive an email, and it was not clear in Amazon how I was to get the correct ID information in. So I emailed, a couple times without success. Eventually someone sent me a link to order a new ID, outside of Amazon. So now I have an Amazon order which I paid for, but was never fulfilled, as well as an outside order, which was fulfilled late.”
