We try very hard to work with clients to meet all of their needs. Unfortunately, in some cases such as this, it is not possible. First, you wanted to return a used sex item. After we referred you to our return policy you later said it was broken. When we asked to have it shipped back to us so we could replace it and investigate the issue, you claimed to have donated the broken sex swing to goodwill. I think we try to be a very fair company and I am not sure how many other companies refund the money while letting you keep the original item and spreading bad reviews. We are a good honest company and do not believe in being held hostage by threats of negative reviews.
