Agreed on most of this. But like everything, there are pros and cons. With the main strap adjuster type, there is an extra loose piece of webbing hanging. With the other style, they fold back on themselves so there is no loose piece hanging. So if all of them were the same style of adjusters as the main strap you would have an additional 6 pieces of webbing just handing around getting in the way including things like on the headrest where it would be getting in the user's face. So this is why they opted for the other kind of adjuster. Yes, it is slower, but the stirrups, handles, and adjusters usually get adjusted less often. When we use a swing, we actually have them all adjusted pretty short and then we adjust the three by using the quick connector at the end of the strap to just move them up and down the chain/spring assembly. This is much faster and can be done with one hand.

Sorry you are not satisified, I think I can help with all of these points. There are very extensive instructions for every product we well on our site at the top under the instructions tab including text and video instructions. 90% of all ceilings in the world at 8 feet tall and as such ALL swings are made for 8-9 foot ceilings. If your ceiling is very tall or your house is unique, you can easily go to Home Depot and buy the required amount of chain for $1.15 per foot and they will cut it to length. When you say the bolt, I am guessing you are referring to an eye hook? You are correct. There are many ways to install a swing and an eye hook is just one of those options. Others include stands, chin-up bars, door mounts, and beam mounts. As such, it is your choice of how and where you want to mount the swing, so mounting points are not included and instead picked specifically for your needs. In some rare cases, the safety spring can make noise and this is easily solved by adding a dot of WD-40 or even silicone sex lube to the spring.
