“The headrest is wide and well made. It’s padded and adjustable for complete support or slight support. I could not picture having this swing without the headrest.”

I understand there are shipping delays everywhere, but I've reached out to the company twice via email for any kind of update and haven't received any response. Depends on what swing you are using, but if you are using a screamer dual hook swing for example, lenghten the chains to lower the entire swing and then shorten the main straps to raise it back up. This will make the headrest straps appear to be longer.
