“Hi, first off I'm incredibly happy with the parka - it's wonderfully warm, incredibly light, very stylish and waterproof - everything I wanted! Your covering email implied that you wanted feedback with an eye to improving the product, with that in mind there are three things I would tweak to make the jacket even better: 1) being able to open the front zip from the bottom as well as the top - when you're wearing the jacket in town you're constantly standing up and sitting down and being able to undo the jacket from the bottom would be helpful, also it would give access to the useful inside bottom pockets without having to undo the whole jacket and lose warmth. 2) have the bottom exterior pockets open from the side - if it's raining one wants to keep one's hands warm and top opening pockets let in the rain, I know there are side pockets on the chest (very useful for phone etc without having to open the jacket) but walking around with my hands on my chest doesn't feel very natural or comfortable. 3) the inside pockets are v. useful but it does mean opening the jacket and losing warmth if you want to retrieve your wallet. I have a jacket by acterix (Therme Parka) that has a very clever pocket placed just on the outside of the zip that is a safe place for a wallet and doesn't require you to open the jacket.
