“Despite very careful measuring and reference to the size guides on your website before ordering, the leathers we received were way too small. Why publish a size guide if it means nothing? Not just a little bit off either. Like multiple sizes too small. Ridiculous! Now I’m stuck with the expense and annoyance of returning the order. Leaving me out of pocket and paying for delivery fees for a second time.”
