“Hi Mark, originals worked for a while then failed, last one prior to this recent order failed when female charging port disconnected internally, I rd ordered a replacement to use the helmet set up and a friend wanted one also I want another complete unit for my second helmet but a bit worried how long this order will last, your previous service has always been faultless just product less than sturdy regards martyn”
“A bit disappointed in these. We purchased two single units for music and rider to pillion chat. Firstly, one of the units does not stick very well to the velcro base and if the unit was not connected by the lead would have lost the unit on the first ride. We still have this problem. Music sound quality is great, even at 100kph, however talking between rider and pillion is impossible over 80kph, and anything under 80kph the speaker can be heard but not understood, sounds like a radio not on the correct wavelength.”
