“Since late September, I have been trying to get an issue sorted out with wrong sizing on cargo pants - specifically a 4 inch difference in size between the size 34 cargos I received in November last year and the size 32 cargos which I received in late June this year. The replacement cargos (October) had exactly the same problem
After many emails, calls and sms exchanges all promising a reply or an attempt to sort this out, I am still left hanging for over a week again with no further action by Shark - even after telling me how much they value my custom.
If you value me as a customer, how about not ghosting me and ignoring me.
