I used to hate cardio or any hard workout because of I was worried about my breast would become saggy, but since I got this sports bra, I love doing hard sports.
I was using a sports bra by other brand but I don't think I will go back to other bra.

“I had a major surgery to my chest last fall, and ever since bras have been a huge issue. I am mostly numb from my bottom ribs to my clavicles but as I get some feeling back I struggle with hypersensitivity and nerve pain. I also have hardware in place that protrudes and makes most sports bras painful. I am a long distance runner and a C/D cup so a good bra is imperative! I have tried at least 40 bras and the shefit bra is literally the only one I can run in. I’ve now worn them for 5 half marathons with virtually no issues!”
