It doesn't take very long to put on and take off, which is awesome because there is less time to make an excuse as to why I don't want to wear a sports bra and even less time taking it off once I'm done sweating. “It is a very good quality bra. I realize after they appeared on t.v., they were inundated with orders and so I waited for almost 3 months for it to arrive. I originally wanted a different size, but read reviews and checked their chart size and went with a larger size. The cups fit wonderfully however, the "strap around" wrapped clear around to my left side which left a "bulge" in the 't' strap area in back. The company very graciously took the return and I ordered the size I originally wanted. [I had also sent back the lingerie bag for washing thinking it came with every purchase---nope, I did not get another one with the return:(.] Anyway, the medium sized arrived, I tried it on, the "strap around" fit beautifully, however, the cup area is not a good fit. If I pull all the straps correctly to hold the 'boys' in, once I start working out, they look like they are going to spill over the top in the middle. I realize for most women, these bras are a godsend. I am a natural size DDD cup and therefore, I went back to my original set-up of wearing a bra with a sports bra over it. I didn't bother returning the bra because I kept trying to give it a chance...from now on, I think I will try on before buying another bra for working out. It really is a nice bra, it just doesn't fit my body type.”
