“I loved the concept of the bra. The problem for me is that I was looking for a racerback and couldn't find one that I liked, so I though that I would give this bra a try. Unfortunately, when I make the bra cross in the back, it raises so far up that I cannot place my boobs into the bra! I have adjusted the shoulder straps and it still does not help. The only other complaint that I have is the removable pads in the boob area. I do not like that. I do not want other people to see my nipples when I work out. While the washing bra, they balled up and I cannot get them to lie exactly how I received the bra.”
“The customer service is amazing! I had ordered a smaller size initially and had an issue with the piece that attaches the bra to the shoulder strap in the front digging into my chest during upper body exercises. Customer service discussed my measurements with me and suggested that I go up a size which totally solved the issue. Sent my exchange and got the new size very fast. “Great support. Most sports bra’s are difficult to put on and even worse to take off for large busted women, however that is not the case with the Gen3 2Luxe. Suffering from several sports injuries makes it nearly impossible to use a lot of sports bras. This one lets you put it on and then adjust so even with shoulder and wrist injuries you are able to have the support you need for running (and not bouncing).”
